Ontario tells drivers hands off (The Ottawa Sun via Yahoo! Canada News)

Starting Monday in Ontario, it will be illegal for anyone operating a motor vehicle to chat on a cellphone, text message, check e-mails on a hand-held device, fiddle with an MP3 player or GPS unit, read maps or books, apply makeup in the mirror, or any number of activities deemed a distraction by provincial lawmakers and law enforcers.
